The Blade series fiber laser built into the handheld laser welding system is designed for industrial material processing applications, with the most reliable and efficient proprietary ABR and SPP technology. The key innovation point of the Blade series Fiber lasers also includes proprietary heat treatment, mode filtering techniques, durable and novel fiber laser structures. The Blade fiber laser includes a powerful optical engine, a comprehensive control, and a monitoring of electronic devices. The beam passes the output through a metal-protected QBH fiber optic cable.
The BLADE series laser provides up to 1000 W continuous wave (CW) single mode output light, and the output band is between 1070 nm and 1080 nm. The Blade laser provides very efficient, high quality output light. The beam mass M2 output from the single mode optical cable is preferably below 1.2, or the high brightness multimode optical cable output of BPP <1.5. This high-beam quality and output options for multi-mode optical cables make this product to handle various materials ideal, such as fine cut, precision welding, cutting and welding for different materials having different thicknesses.
